Many non-profit organizations repeatedly have to consider:

Where can I start to get helpful feedback to improve my offerings? How can I find a good measurement method for my indicator?

Specifically, this means, for example: At what point can I survey my target group? How can I implement the collection of feedback and data? What is legally permissible? What is sensible? How often and intensively can I survey? How can I collect data easily? Can I collect data in a way that users enjoy giving feedback?

In our practical check with Andrea, we looked at various measurement methods, considering their advantages and disadvantages. We also touched upon how the most commonly used method – the questionnaire – must be designed to deliver meaningful results.

In our practical check, you can now share your current challenges directly in small groups and get feedback from us. For example, bring a questionnaire or the question of how you can find a suitable method for a specific indicator of your impact goal. We will look for answers and help each other.

So that we can specifically address your topics, we ask you to provide us with your questions and challenges when you register. The practical check is aimed at social enterprises, NGOs, and impact-oriented organizations that want to further develop their impact goals and indicators and work out concrete next steps for their impact measurement.
