Between grant applications, business plan work, and daily operations, do you keep putting off your impact question from one to-do list to the next? How can you design impact management so that it truly helps you in your everyday work? In this session, I'll take you on our impact journey at the SchlaU workshop. I'll share how we began to think about and build impact as a shared organizational process. Not as a theoretical model, but step by step in our daily work, together with teams, departments, and educators. It's about how an initial logic of impact has become concrete work. How we clarify goals together, how we communicate them to the various departments, and how evaluation concepts emerge that truly reflect our educational work. And above all, how we deal with the results. What's actually needed before we even start collecting data? What do we do with results that are uncomfortable? And how does measurement ultimately translate into effective management and further development?

This session is designed to be very practical. There will be space for questions, uncertainties, and sharing your own practical experiences. Following this session, we will offer a practical workshop for interested participants approximately two weeks later (date to be announced). Participants can ask questions about individual stages of this impact management journey, and we will take a closer look. For example: What roles and people are actually needed for impact management? How do you develop a shared logic and implement it across departments and projects? How do you keep evaluation concepts manageable and applicable to pedagogical work? What do we do with the results?
